This estate can be visited on the 1st floor of the Parish of Machico. Between 2005 and 2006 excavations were made in the backyard of the Parish of Machico, under the responsibility of the Office of Archaeology of the Municipality of Machico. The work put to view a collection of objects dating back to the epoch of Discoveries in Machico. It is noted, among others, a fine example of a copper gold jewellery of the fifteenth century with a new decor to considering the late Gothic Portuguese taste.

It was found also a large number of copper coins (revenue), during the the reigns of King Afonso V and D. Manuel I (XV and XVI). From the point of view of archaeological knowledge, this is an unusual finding - especially the amount exhumed (22 coins) - a very small area (2 m2) of excavation. The finding may reveal some richness and pageantry that existed in the headquarters of Machico in the second half of the fifteenth century, a time of testing and marketing of sugar and arrival of goods from Europe and the Orient.
